FOR FULL DEGREE - FOREIGN STUDENT

1. Prepare supporting data, particularly data about yourself when in Senior High School to fill in data on SIPMABA ITS.
2. File size color photographs 400x600 pixels (latest), JPG or PNG format, with a maximum size of 500 KB, background in blue, plain clothes bright colors (eg. color : white, yellow, pink, light blue, and beige).
3. Fill the letter will upload documents with truth. (With stamp 6000 ). Download the file here.
4. Fill the letter will not use/distribute/carrying narcotics, psychotropic, and addictive substances (drugs ), it will not follow all student activities that are not permitted by the Chairman of ITS, and will not be a criminal act both inside and outside the ITS. 6. For prospective new students proved to have been falsified supporting documents required in the re-registration (either at the time of re-enrollment and later as a student), will be liable to cancellation of his rights as a freshman or issued as a student.
